Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SolarDoc, a software product of Ashvasoft Technology (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing the website/app, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the service

SolarDoc is a digital SaaS platform for solar installers and EPC teams to manage consumers, directors, project documentation, and generate related reports on web and mobile.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use SolarDoc.

3. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate business and contact information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or legal violations.

4. Subscriptions and pricing

• Demo: limited free access (for example, 1 director and 1 consumer), subject to change.
• Monthly plan: ₹999 per month.
• Yearly plan: ₹4,999 per year.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be revised with notice on our website or in-product. Taxes (including GST, if applicable) may be charged as required by law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. By paying, you authorize the charge for the selected plan. Access to paid features is activated after successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SolarDoc for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

7. Customer data and content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into SolarDoc. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data and generated documents.

8. Intellectual property

SolarDoc software, branding, design, and related materials are owned by Ashvasoft Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

SolarDoc is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for reliable uptime and accurate tooling, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated documents should be reviewed by you before submission to any authority.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashvasoft Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of SolarDoc. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

11. Refunds and cancellations

12. Delivery of service

SolarDoc is a digital service. Delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of SolarDoc after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
