Account Deletion Request

Users can request the deletion of their SolarDoc account and associated personal data at any time.

1. How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@solardoc.online from your registered email address.
2. Include your registered mobile number and reason for deletion (optional).
3. Our support team will verify your request and process it within 7 business days.

2. Data that will be deleted

• User account
• Personal profile information
• Consumer records
• Documents stored in the account
• Application preferences

3. Data that may be retained

Records required to comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations may be retained even after your account is deleted, for the period required by law.
